Life is like falling asleep.
You, actually, wanted to stay awake and be mindful all the time so you can keep doing what you do and get done something you should do. But, there are times when you aren't capable to manage your consciousness, so you fell asleep as you left your undone loads of life behind.
That is the time when you are tired. Because us, humans, have limit.
If this ever happen to you, take a sleep. Just a short sleep. But you need to be composed, make sure you wake up right at the time you need to be.
